Ever since H&M made its designer collaborations an annual event thanks to their instant sell-out success, we've seen a number of brands follow suit. And right now, you can't move for limited edition collections between drool-worthy luxury labels and high street heroes. Victoria Beckham x Mango, we're looking at you.

But our favourite collab of the moment is easily Gap x Dôen. We've been longtime fans of the California-based label since spying their designs on celebrities including Selena Gomez, Kaia Gerber, Taylor Swift and Kylie Jenner. And, since Zac Posen stepped in as creative director at Gap Inc, we've seen something of a renaissance from the household name. Notably, Anne Hathaway donning a Gap semi-sheer corset and deconstructed shirt dress on the red carpet.

So is it any wonder our serotonin levels skyrocketed when it was announced a 46-piece collection would be available to shop via Gap from 23 May?

Merging Gap and Dôen's most loved essentials – think pretty printed summer dresses, broderie anglaise boho blouses and of course denim – the edit is a celebration of femininity with florals and bows embellishing flowy silhouettes. AKA a summer dressing dream.

Oh, and did we mention it's modelled by model sisters Lily and Ruby Aldridge? Fittingly echoing the sisterhood behind the Dôen brand of founders and IRL sisters, Margaret and Katherine Kleveland.

“The timeless and iconic nature of the Gap brand is so inspiring to both Katherine and me,” says Margaret, speaking about the collab. “We wore the brand endlessly as children and now dress our own little ones in their never-out-of-style essential pieces.”

“It’s been a dream to watch our collections, so rooted in nostalgia and femininity, reimagined through the classic Gap lens,” adds Katherine.
