Jennifer Lopez and Ben Affleck Only Talk to Discuss Essential Matters
Jennifer Lopez and Ben Affleck are reportedly still living apart in Los Angeles amid their marriage struggles.
A People source who's “close” to J.Lo says the musician and Ben are “still living separately,” noting that the Atlas star is “back in L.A. for tour rehearsals,” “seems okay,” and is “very focused on work.”
Apparently, Ben is renting a mansion in Brentwood not too far from Jennifer, and despite the fact that they both want to work on their marriage, an Us Weekly source says they communicate “primarily to discuss essential matters and updates.”

The couple's issues reportedly started a few months ago, and an insider told People that the two “did not celebrate Mother's Day together.” Though, to be fair, Jen's been super busy at the moment promoting Atlas, while Ben's filming The Accountant 2.
Either way, the celebs have been spotted together several times amid reports of an impeding split, and J.Lo has been consistently wearing her wedding ring (while her husband has been seen without his).
Meanwhile, the only indication J.Lo's given that there might be trouble in her marriage is her liking an Instagram post from March 19 that says, in part, “You cannot build a healthy relationship with somebody” who “lacks integrity and emotional safety,” “doesn’t respect your time, doesn't think it's important to call/text back in a respectable time frame,” “lacks effective communication skills,” and “doesn't know who they are or what they want.”
