How to see your ratings history

Have you ever wondered how many one star reviews you've received on Uber? People have now find a way you can see every rating you've ever been given by a rider, and it's intense.

Have you ever given an Uber driver a five-star review (even though their music choice was questionable and their air conditioning was dodgy at best) and then completely forgotten that this app works both ways? Oh yeah, us passengers can be reviewed too, and it's not always so golden on our side.

If your overall Uber score seems somewhat impressive (which can be viewed in the right hand side drop down menu), then you might not realise that a few one-star reviews might be there, hidden and lucking away in the background data.

There's a way to divulge in our deepest insecurities and take a look at just how many reviews of each kind you've been granted in your entire Uber hailing history. Want to be like us and be left second-guessing how you've behaved on every ride-share taken in your life? It's easy, just follow these steps!

How can you see your whole Uber history of ratings?

  • Firstly, take a breath, and open that app.
  • Go onto your Uber profile and click on 'settings'. From here, go onto your 'privacy centre'.
  • Click on the link that says 'would you like to see a summary of how you've used Uber?'
  • On this next page, there should be a tab that says 'see summary'.
  • Finally, press the button that says 'view my rating'.

Voila! There you have it. You should be greeted with a small chart that shows you your average rating, plus a breakdown of how many reviews you've been given for each star.

You might be surprised to find that there are a couple of cheeky one-ers tucked away in there, having been swallowed by the average.

Needless to say, people have been left shaken by their own ratings.

Granted, seeing them doesn't necessarily mean you can do anything about those pesky low-star ratings. Plus, because there are no details, there's no way of telling if you spilling your oat milk latte onto that one Uber driver's leather seats or if your drunken rambling about how Folklore is Taylor Swift's magnum opus was the reason behind that random two-star.

But at least it's good to know where we stand, right?
