Florence Pugh rocks an NSFW chef's jacket on the red carpet
One thing about Florence Pugh? She's a major red carpet chameleon. The actress - who's given us unexpected style classics such as accessorising with a literal fish - has officially ripped up the rulebook when it comes to dressing for Hollywood events, and we love her for it.
The star of Dune: Part 2 and Oppenheimer is known for her acting range and brings that same innovative streak to her wardrobe. As a result, she's served plenty of gag-worthy moments. Whether it's bringing back the peplum, revealing a buzzcut at the 2023 Met Gala - and subsequently leaving our jaws on the floor - or freeing the nipple in bubblegum pink Valentino she's one of the most daring dressers in the movie business.
And now, she's back at it! At the American Film Institute (AFI) Awards Luncheon at the Four Seasons hotel in Beverly Hills, Flo gave us a truly unexpected serve. Specifically, she seemed to be honouring the cast of buzzy restaurant drama The Bear with a cream jacket featuring a standing collar and cloth-covered buttons - a garment that looked suspiciously similar to a chef's jacket.

Whether or not the reference was intentional, the look was a true smash. Beyond its possible culinary references, the jacket featured a major cutout beginning just below the sternum and baring Flo's navel. The outfit was finished with a pair of high-waisted, crease-front, wide-leg trousers and was accessorised with gold hoops and a silver clutch.
More of this please!
